Responsibilities: • Assist library patrons in locating and accessing resources like books, films, music, and digital media. • Manage the circulation desk, including checking materials in and out, renewing materials, and registering new library patrons. • Assist in the organization and maintenance of library materials to ensure they are returned to their proper places and are easy to locate. • Respond to patron inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing accurate and timely information. • Assist with the planning and execution of library events and programs, such as book clubs, author visits, and children's story times. • Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities to improve knowledge and skills. • Perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing new materials. Requirements: • A high school diploma or equivalent.
